When I landed back in Louisville this week, I was grateful to see the snow had melted away. 🙋‍♂️ I spent most of the week on a ski mountain at Robert Redford's Sundance Resort (not the film festival). It was my second time at the Holdco conference. 150 top multi-business owners, a few days of great content and fun. More on that soon.

One thing that always comes up when I'm out of town: people think Louisville is cool. Not just the brown water and horses. Every exec who's visited had nothing but good things to say.

A friendly reminder, there's a lot to love about this city. Share your take in our Valentine's Day love language poll below. 👇

Hot job 💼: Director of Operations at Associates in Dermatology ($180K–$254K). Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across one of Louisville's oldest and largest dermatology practices, with 27 providers and 11 locations spanning Kentucky and Indiana.

📈 Number: 18,000 is the number of gold Pegasus Pins in circulation for the 2026 Kentucky Derby Festival, which went on sale this week. Find and register a gold one and you're in the running for $20,000 cash and 12 other grand prizes.

As always, I appreciate you reading. 👊
